USE OF PERSONAL DATA 

Purpose
The processing of personal data aims to:
  1. Manage requests related to the website ‘electropoli.com’. This allows Electropoli to receive price and information requests and manage the related exchanges.
  2. Recruitment. The information collected through this form is intended for the recruitment of new candidates and is processed by ELECTROPOLI.

Legal Basis
Pursuant to Article 6 of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) No. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, and the amended French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 (“Informatique et Libertés”), the legal bases for our processing are:

Recruitment
In accordance with the amended French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, and European Regulation No. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, we collect information provided following your application for recruitment purposes and for the execution of pre-contractual measures. Collected information is processed only by authorized personnel within our internal services.
If your profile is not selected, this information will be deleted immediately. Upon prior request and with your explicit consent, we may retain this information for a maximum of 2 years. You may also request the deletion of your file before this period ends. You also have the right to access and rectify your data.

Transfers Outside the EU
No data is transferred outside the European Union.

Data Retention Period

  • Request Management: Data is retained for 3 years from the last contact.

  • Recruitment: Data is retained for a maximum of 2 years and is accessible only to the ELECTROPOLI Human Resources Department and the relevant hiring manager(s) with your prior consent.
