- PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA – GENERAL INFORMATION
- A. SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
We collect and use personal data solely to ensure the functionality of the website, provide content, and deliver services through it. As a rule, personal data is collected and used on the basis of the user’s consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and/or the legitimate interests pursued (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, e.g. responding to submitted inquiries).
IMPORTANT:
- a) You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. Personal data will be processed until the consent is withdrawn. To withdraw your consent, please use the widget at the bottom right of the website.
- b) You have the right to object at any time—on grounds relating to your particular situation—to the processing of your data based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the Company).
Where processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation to which a Group company is subject, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Depending on the purpose of processing, your data will be processed to the minimum necessary extent and in accordance with applicable specific laws and the GDPR. Regardless of the above, you have:

- The right to request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure (in certain cases), restriction of processing, to object to processing, and the right to data portability (in certain cases) and to obtain a copy.
- The right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal, where processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) or Article 9(2)(a) GDPR.
- Where processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests, e.g. pursuing claims), the right to object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation.
- The right not to be subject to profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR. The Group confirms that it does not carry out profiling.
- The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that processing violates applicable law:

Providing personal data is voluntary; however, failure to provide it in certain cases may prevent the provision of specific services or processes (e.g. responding to an inquiry or participation in recruitment).
- PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA – WWW.ELECTROPOLI.COM AND COOKIES
- 1. General information
When using the website, we may ask you to provide certain data that may identify you, including in particular:
a) first and last name,
b) email address,
c) cookies and website usage data,
d) other personal data resulting from activity on the website.
Where processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the Company or a third party and such interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The Electropoli Group uses collected data to:
- operate and maintain the website,
- inform about changes (e.g. newsletter),
- enable interactive features,
- provide user support,
- analyze data to improve the website,
- monitor website usage,
- detect and prevent technical issues,
- generate automated messages,
- use anonymized statistics for internal purposes.
For technical reasons, particularly to ensure security and stability, data is transmitted to the hosting provider via your browser in accordance with Article 28(1) GDPR. Currently, no transfers to third countries are planned. If this changes, all legal requirements will be met and users will be informed.
Server log files may include: browser type/version, operating system, referring URL, visited pages, date/time of access, IP address.
This data is stored temporarily and not combined with other personal data. The legal basis is legitimate interest (website security, stability, functionality).

To ensure user-friendly operation and adapt the website to user needs, the website may use cookies. Cookies are small files stored on the user’s device.

Data retention depends on your activity on the website (e.g. Cookie Policy according to their description). personal data is deleted without undue delay. Aggregated, non-identifiable data may be retained for analytical purposes.

Data from contact forms or correspondence is processed solely to respond to your request based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Providing data is voluntary; failure to provide it will prevent communication. Data is disclosed only to authorized employees of the relevant Group company and, where necessary, external legal, IT, or service providers.
- C. Newsletter
Users may subscribe to a newsletter via the website. The registration form specifies what personal data is provided and when the newsletter is ordered.
Newsletters are sent only if:
a) a valid email address is provided,
b) the user registers for the newsletter.
A double opt-in confirmation email is sent for legal reasons. During registration, the IP address and the date and time are stored to prevent misuse and protect the administrator.
Data collected is used exclusively for sending the newsletter and may be shared with third-party technical service providers.
Subscription can be cancelled at any time via the link included in each newsletter or directly with the administrator.

The Group reserves the right to partially or fully amend this Privacy Policy or update its content (e.g. due to legal changes).

PRIVACY POLICY FOR RECRUITMENT PROCESSES
- 1. General provisions
This policy defines the Electropoli Group’s commitment to protecting the privacy of job applicants and complying with data protection regulations.
The recruitment system belongs to the Electropoli Group. Entities are listed in the Privacy Policy.
For recruitment purposes, the companies have concluded a joint controllership agreement, the main provisions of which are available to the General information of agreement on the joint administration of personal data for joint processing operations. See the Joint Controllership Agreement
Personal data may be collected during Recruitment and Onboarding when you submit a CV, application, or related materials via our internal careers page, external career websites, job portals (e.g. LinkedIn), or otherwise apply for a position within the Group.
- 2. Purpose of processing and scope of data
Data is processed to invite candidates to recruitment processes, select candidates, and onboard employees.
Categories of data may include:
- name and surname,
- contact details (phone, email, postal address),
- education (depending on jurisdiction),
- employment history (excluding salary data),
- skills and qualifications, including language proficiency,
- additional materials (CV, cover letter, portfolio, application responses),
- information provided during interviews or hiring,
- image and/or voice recordings (where separate consent is obtained).
The website may also collect:
- IP address,
- browser and device information.
Special categories of personal data (Article 9 GDPR) may be processed where permitted by law, depending on the candidate’s jurisdiction.
In particular in France, as part of the candidate onboarding process, certain information is required to complete the pre-hiring formalities.
- 3. Legal basis and retention period
Data is processed based on applicable labor law and, in some cases, consent. Candidate rights (access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection) are described in Section 2 of the Privacy Policy.
Data is generally stored for the duration of the recruitment process. If consent for future recruitment is given, data is stored for the period specified in the consent.

Authorized personnel of the relevant Group company may access candidate data only to the extent necessary. Recipients may include authorities, courts, employees, contractors, and external advisors (legal, accounting, audit).
Data may also be shared with service providers (IT, hosting, application providers, administrative or marketing support).
Data may be disclosed to third parties:
a) when required by law or authorities,
b) in connection with extraordinary corporate operations (e.g. mergers, acquisitions, asset transfers).

We inform you that personal data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
